Mr. Crosland has 24 years of private equity and banking experience. Before co-founding Atlanta Equity, Mr. Crosland was a founding partner of Arcapita Inc., one of the largest private equity firms in the Southeast. Under his leadership, Arcapita invested over $850 million in 13 private equity transactions over eight years. Mr. Crosland began his private equity career with Investcorp International, Inc., where he spent five years. Prior to Investcorp, he worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions department and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in the Energy Division.
 
Mr. Crosland currently serves on the boards of Empower Software Solutions, LLC, NRI Construction, Inc., Richmond Cold Storage Company, LLC, and The Atlanta Ballet. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
