Mr. McCaleb’s career spans transaction advisory, capital raising and underwriting. Before joining Atlanta Equity, he was a Vice President with Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC (“NCA”), the Corporate Finance practice group of Navigant Consulting Inc. (NYSE:NCI), focusing on middle market mergers and acquisitions assignments and debt and equity financings for companies across a variety of industries. Prior to NCA, Mr. McCaleb worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Inc. (“Lehman”), where he focused on transactions in the natural resources sector. Before joining Lehman, Mr. McCaleb began his career with SunTrust Banks, Inc. where he focused on underwriting senior credit facilities for companies in the agribusiness sector.
 
Mr. McCaleb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and an MBA, with honors, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
